When you Add a New Document or Edit an Existing Document, you should use these coded-features to enhance your text.

The following codes are described below:
<p></p> (paragraph)
<br> (line break)
<b></b> (bold)
<i></i> (italics)
<h2></h2> (heading)
<ul></ul> (unordered list)
<ol></ol> (ordered list)
<li></li> (list item)

Content Wizards

To help you properly use these codes -- and codes for images, email links, and URL links -- Content Wizards are available. Just highlight the wizards to find the one that you need, and then click that wizard. The wizards will open a window in the top-left of your screen. The wizard will lead you through creating the correctly coded content. Once you approve the finished item, it will be added to the bottom of your current content. If you need that text -- or coding -- to appear someplace earlier in your document, just copy-and-paste it where you want it to go. If you make a mistake in entering the content, just delete it and start over.

Coding Examples

These codes are listed by frequency of probable use. You may need and use only the first five of these. Once you have mastered these codes, you will have complete control over page layout and content design.

Multiple Paragraphs:
The form is as follows:

Hard Right / Line Break:
Unlike a new paragraph designation, the hard line break does not add space between the lines. For example, the line break can be used to start new lines in a verse of poety. The form is as follows:

Bolded Text:

Meta Description

A "Description Meta" always should be added to the homepage of your website, but is optional elsewhere in your website. It should clearly and concisely describe the purpose of your website -- or other page to which you affix this meta. Limit your description to approximately 250 characters.

Meta Keywords

The "Keywords Meta" always should be added to the homepage of your website, but is optional elsewhere in your website. Enter the most important words and phrases first, with each word or phrase separated from other phrases by a comma, e.g., dogs, cats, veterinarian services, rabies inoculations, and so on. There is no limit to the number of words or phrases you can include, although the following two guidelines should not be violated:

1. Include only words or phrases actually included on your homepage -- or other page to which you attach this meta.
2. Do not repeat the same word more than THREE times in your entire "Meta Keywords" list.
